Firstly, thank you for choosing me as your coach. I’m excited to be given the opportunity to be part of your health journey and will do everything I can to ensure that you succeed.

Not only do I want you to be proud of your accomplishments as we proceed, but I want you to enjoy the process. I will be here every step of the way to help and guide you.

Before we begin, I’d like you to read through this short information package. I’ve laid out what I’ll be sending you in addition to guidelines for support.

Please go through these steps first

Step 1 - PARq

Please fill out this form so I have your history on file. I need this to make sure we’re training in the safest and most efficient way possible.

step 2 - nutrition survey

This form is designed to give me an idea of any nutritional deficiencies you may have which can help us identify any signs of disease.

Step 3 - Weekly Check-In

I want you to fill this out once a week, ideally on a Sunday as you get ready for the week ahead. It’s a simple check in to see how you’ve gone over the past week.

This community was designed to add value to everyone’s life by offering daily ideas, both health related and otherwise, to help as many people as I can. 

Now that these steps are complete, I’ll be able to put your training and nutrition programming together to make sure you get the most out of our sessions.
