step 1

Initial assessment

We’ll start off with a discovery session to find out exactly what you want to achieve and how we can get you there. We’ll go through your current health including eating and movement patterns, medical history and anything that may hold you back from achieving your goal during our program. 

The goal here is to hear your needs and concerns and meet you where you’re at so we can show you exactly how to get you where you want to be.

step 2

Personalized training program

Your training program will be designed entirely around you and your needs. Majority of our training programs are designed to be done from home, so you need very little equipment. We’ll go through every aspect to map out your program including, your schedule, overall goal, ability and of course your priorities.

Each month we will make changes to your program where necessary to ensure you are always progressing. We will also monitor your training program each week to make sure everything is running smoothly.

step 3

Customized nutrition program

This is where the real change happens. Your nutrition program will be designed around our Nutrition Protocols which have been scientifically proven to help your body prevent and fight against disease. We will make sure this program fits in with you and your lifestyle, where you can implement it at your own pace.

This is not a ‘diet’ or meal plan, it’s designed to feed your body what it actually needs to thrive on a daily basis and optimize your overall health.

habit based coaching

Throughout your training and nutrition program, we want to build the foundations for strong and healthy new habits. We will introduce a new habit into your program when we feel you’re ready to build upon your previous efforts. This is all designed to give you the long-lasting result you’re after.

We’ll work together to create and sustain healthy habits across every aspect of your life from nutrition and movement, to sleep and stress-management and mindfulness. These new habits will help you feel more calm, confident, and prepared for each day, no matter what life throws at you.

support & accountability

This is the glue that holds the program together. You’ll receive weekly updates, assessments and adjustments to ensure your program is on point and progressing properly. You’ll have access to me for questions, support, motivation, exercise critiques, adjustments, and more. Daily and weekly accountability tracking forms for constant and consistent progress and support. We’ll have phone check-ins when they suit you, and more along the way. The goal here is to give you everything you need to succeed.
